These Terms of Service govern your use of WarrantyDesk, operated by Shields Enterprises. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.
WarrantyDesk is a warranty claim management platform for home builders and service vendors. Access is granted by Shields Enterprises to authorized users only.
Builders may enable transactional warranty-assignment text messages for a vendor only after that vendor expressly agrees to receive them at the phone number on file. The builder must accurately record how consent was obtained and must not enable texting for a person who has not agreed. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Vendors may reply STOP to opt out. WarrantyDesk will not resume vendor texts after an opt-out unless the vendor texts START. Vendor SMS is delivered through Telnyx. WarrantyDesk does not use Twilio or SendGrid.
The platform is provided as-is. Shields Enterprises is not liable for delays, errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
